No, we are strictly against that practice, and believe a persons privacy is of utmost importance, so instead of processing your transactions on our site we use our payment processors endpoint to process the payment, so we can’t save or log it.
As we are a registered entity we are thus bound by the law to pay GST, by dealing with things legally, we make sure we’re there whenever you need us.
If you’re address resides in India, then yes, If not we’re planning to roll out our services to neighboring countries of India as well, Stay tuned for an update on that.
That depends, we try to put your orders in a single package, but if it contains items that aren’t available yet or are delayed, or it won’t be possible to ship a big packet to your destination, in that case we use multiple packages.

If you received a product that got damaged in transit we will refund your money, because we value our bond as a community stands on trust and don’t wanna ruin the experience for you.
That rarely happens as all the products are hand checked and packed by out team, but there’s still a room of a human error, don’t worry we’ll have it picked up and send you your order as soon as possible.
If that’s the case, contact us within 7 Days and we’ll either replace it or refund your cost.

Yes, you’re free to cancel your order anytime, but if the product you ordered was on pre-order it can only be cancelled if the pre-order is still live.
We have an option to Notify the user, when you come up in the product page and it’s out of stock, and we’ll message you when it’s available
